Through your participation in CBE Momentum, you:
- enhance and apply your leadership, communication, coaching and mentoring skills

Commitment and Eligibility
It is important for both our mentors and our mentees to set a framework for a successful mentoring relationship. By signing up to become a mentor to one of our ANU CBE students, you commit to the following:
- attend an orientation session that sets the stage for your mentorship journey
- engage in a minimum of five one-on-one meetings with your mentee
- optional attendance at themed workshops and networking opportunities exclusive to CBE Momentum
- access to associated resources and discussion questions to foster meaningful conversations
To qualify as a Momentum mentor, you must:
- have three or more years of professional leadership experience;
- hold or obtain a current, Working With Vulnerable People card (WWVP card) - free for volunteers (for local and interstate mentors).
- sign the ANU Code of Conduct
Upon conclusion of CBE Momentum, your formal commitment is completed. You may then choose to conclude your commitment, express interest for the following offering with a new mentee and/or continue your current mentorship on an informal basis, if mutually agreed upon by both parties.
